FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRESIDENT POROSHENKO OF UKRAINE MEETS WITH U.S. DEFENSE COMPANIES TO DISCUSS SOLUTIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF UKRAINE WASHINGTON DC (Apr 4, 2016) President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine and members of the U.S. militaryindustrial complex (MIC) met to discuss the need of American support to supply defense supplies and services to Ukraine on Thursday in Washington DC. Worldwide Aeros Corp.’s CEO, Igor Pasternak was in attendance. The MIC leaders and President Poroshenko discussed the approach for technical assistance and bilateral cooperation in Defense Research and Development between U.S. and Ukraine. In January, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and Aeros signed a Memorandum outlining the development of integrated surveillance systems along the State border. Earlier this year, first of Aeros’ Elevated Early Warning Systems (EEWS) was delivered to Ukraine. Aeros is supplying integrated equipment and performing work supporting early detection of potential threats for land and maritime sections of the border, as well as aiding modernization of integrated information systems. “Aeros is proud to be working closely with the Government of Ukraine to enhance situational awareness, response capability and civilian security.
