Note: The State Expert Appraisal Committee will consider the project proposals for prior EC, in its meeting to be held on 11/01/2015 at 10. 30 A.M. at M.P. Pollution Control Board, E-5, Arera Colony, Bhopal. The Project proponents are requested to attend the meeting in person or depute a competent person having proper & full background of the proposed project with proper authorization in writing (Authority Letter), who can explain the project and also respond to the queries & offer his views on suggestions made by the committee. Such person would be required to make a presentation on the salient features of the project, the related environmental issues, risk assessment and proposed Environmental Management Plan. His commitment before the committee will be treated as your commitment. In this context you are advised & requested to send a copy of this letter, Application form 1, PFR, EMP/Approved Mining Plan Copy and other relevant papers to each member of the State Expert Appraisal Committee, through courier/speed post so as to reach them well before the meeting so that each member could offer his views on the proposal during the presentation.
