Aida Daoud-Nosseir

1922-2013

Passed away at home, surrounded by family on Saturday March 2nd. Will be forever missed by her beloved husband of 60 years, Sami Nosseir. She was a loving mother to her three children, Marie-Ange (Pierre Khouzam), Shafik (Mervat), Iman (Roberto Ferraro), devoted grandmother to Remy, Martin (Eiko) and Justin Khouzam, adoring great-grandmother to Akira and affectionate aunt to her many nephews in Egypt, Canada, and USA. She will be greatly missed by her many relatives and friends. Special thanks to her compassionate caregivers, Mattee, Gina, Louise, Martine and Norma as well as the exceptional home-care team at CLSC-Kateri. Funeral service will take place at Virgin Mary Coptic Orthodox Church (6100 Grande Allée, St-Hubert, Qc) on Tuesday March 5, at 12:30pm. Family will receive condolences at St-Christophe mausoleum of Complexe funéraire Yves Legaré (2750, boul. Marie-Victorin Est, Longueuil, Qc) on Tuesday March 5, from 6:30 until 10 pm. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Quebec in lieu of flowers.
