AirAsia ID90 Booking _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Step 1: Log-on to RedIcons. Under Employee Self-Service, select New AirAsia ID90. The new

booking page will display. You will be required to click “Next”.

Step 2: Select your destination and travelling date. Click “Search”.

Note: If you are being prompted a Message Notification after clicked on “Search” button, continue to click OK as the page will still proceed to display flights availability to purchase AAID90 as highlighted in Yellow below.

Step 3: List of flights availability displayed below. Select flight schedule of your choice and click

“Next”.

Step 4: Select the names of passenger and click “Next”.

Step 5: Check your booking details. Then, tick the square box to confirm and click “Submit”

Step 6: Now you have Success Booking. Then, click “Manage My Booking” to make your full payment.

Step 7: Before you start to click Manage My Booking, you will already have received Email Itinerary in your Mailbox.

Step 8 (continue from Step 6): At Manage My Booking, login your own Employee Email Address (eg. chongmaykuan@airasia.com) and Password. Click “Login”.

Step 9: Next, click “Modify” on your PNR “ACZY2X”.

Step 10: After you have completed your purchases and payment at “Manage My Booking”, you

will receive Confirm Booking Itinerary (and PDF File) in your Mailbox.

Last Step: After you have made payment at Manage My Booking, don’t forget to perform SELF-

CHECK IN at least before 1-hour prior to your Scheduled Departure Time.

Appendix A (for Manage My Booking) 1) You are allowed to “Split Booking” You may split bookings up to 48-hours before departure provided there are at least 2 guests per booking.

2) You can buy or upgrade one or more ‘Add-Ons’ in the list of manage my booking.

3) You may select items as listed below to update Travellers Details and BIG Points:-

4) If you lost your Travel Itinerary from your Mailbox, you can always click “Resend Itinerary” from here.

Appendix B (for Complimentary Baggage Allowance) Complimentary Baggage Allowance for 20KG per pax You may split bookings up to 48-hours before departure provided there are at least 2 guests per booking.

Appendix C (Template of Notifications during flight booking) Examples below:-

a) Already Departed:- Flight has taken off.

b) Booking Closed:- Flight has yet to take off. But, Staff will not be able to access to book flight for this particular flight number during the 4-hours before Scheduled Departure Time.

Note: While Staff has selected the destinations in the booking page, most of the time Notification Prompter will appear to inform the flight numbers that already listed in the Skyspeed NOT

AVAILABLE FOR AAID90 Booking.

c) No Seat Available Flight is fully booked.

a) ID90 fare not loaded Flight is Available but staff won’t be able to select this flight number due to ID90 is not opened for booking.

b) Booking not yet opened Flight is Available for normal customer’s booking, Staff E-Coupon, etc but not for AAID90 as AAID90 booking will only be opened from 48-hours up to 4-hours before Scheduled Departure Time.

c) Quota has been reached Flight is Not Yet Full but Staff unable to book ID90 for this particular flight due to maximum limit to purchase AAID90 has been reached.
