  • AirWatch for Apple Devices

    Installing and Enrolling into AirWatch:

    1. Navigate to the App Store and search for the App “AirWatch MDM Agent”.

    2. Download AirWatch MDM Agent by selecting the FREE box, then select “Install”.

    3. Enter in your Apple ID username and password. *Please note no charges will be made to your account. The

    AirWatch App is free. If you do not have an Apple ID you will need to create one at this time.

    4. Once download is complete, click on the “AirWatch MDM” App.

    5. Select “OK” for allowing AirWatch to send you push notifications.

  • 6. Select “Continue without email address” or the QR code symbol. “ ”

    a. For Server: Enter the server URL: https://aw.uwhealth.org Enter Group ID: uwh Select “Continue”.

    b. For QR code please scan the Code below:

    https://aw.uwhealth.org/

  • 7. Enter in your Network User ID and Password and select “Continue”.

    8. Accept the Terms of Use.

    9. Select “Install”, and “Install Now”.

  • 10. Select “Install” and “Done”.

    11. Enrollment is Complete.

    Notice: Your mobile device access will not be enabled until your Mobile Device Consent form is received by Systems Security. Systems Security will notify you when your access is enabled. The mobile device consent form can be found at: https://apps.uconnect.wisc.edu/emailforms/form.jsp?ef=168.

    AirWatch for Android Devices  Prerequisite:  A pre‐requisite to have before you begin to enroll your device is to make sure the device can connect  to Google Play Store which requires a Google account to be setup on the device.    AirWatch Agent Enrollment: 

    1. Open the Google Play Store application, and search for “AirWatch MDM Agent”. You will see a  screen similar to the screen below. Click on the AirWatch MDM Agent and you will be directed  to the installation screen. Select “Install”. 

     

     

    2. Your device will redirect you to a request permissions page which will allow the application to  access your device details. Select “Accept”. 

     

  •   3. After accepting the permissions, installation will begin shortly and you will then see an 

    installation screen similar to the one below. Note the installing icon (  ) in your device’s  status bar. When the download icon is no longer moving up and down, the download is  complete and select Open AirWatch MDM Agent App.  

     

    4. On the Choose Authentication Method select “Server Details” or “QR code”. 

      a. For Server details: 

    Enter the server URL: https://aw.uwhealth.org  Enter Group ID:  uwh  Select “Continue”. 

     

     

     

     

  •   b. For QR code please scan the Code below: 

     

    *If on a Samsung device please complete steps 5 through 7.  If not please skip to step 8.    5. On the Install Enterprise Service pop‐up Select “OK”. 

       

    6. When taken to the Play Store Select “Install” the AirWatch Samsung Service, and “Accept”    

       

       

               

  •   7. Select “Activate” on the Activate device administrator screen 

     

       

    8. Enter in your network User ID and Password, and select “Continue”.  9. Read through and “Accept” the Terms of Use.  10. Select “Get Started” on the Part 2: Secure screen. 

       

    11. Select “Continue” on the Grant permissions to AirWatch screen   

       

  •   12. On the Activate Device Administrator screen Select “Activate”. 

     

        

    13. Select “Continue” on the Part 3: Configure screen.   

       

    14. Select “Continue” on the Install Applications screen.

    15. “Select” Exit.  16. AirWatch setup is finished when the screen below displays.

    Log in

    1. On your device, tap the Haiku icon. 2. Enter your user ID and password in the login fields.

    ! If you forget your user ID or password, call the UWHC Help Desk at 265-7777, or the UWMF Support Center at 829-5474.

    What is an activity?

    Each activity supports a specific task, such as reviewing the chart or reviewing past encounters. You can access activities from the tabs on the bottom of the screen or by tapping a patient's name from the schedule or patient list.

    Your patient lists and schedule from Hyperspace are available on your handheld device. Tap the patient's name to open the chart.

    Open another patient list

    Tap , then tap Patient Lists at the top of the screen. The Patient Lists Manager opens, and you can access available system lists.

    Access your schedule

    Tap to open your schedule. The schedule opens to the current day. Past and future days might also be available.

    The schedule shows each patient's age and gender, as well the appointment type. For UW Health, these will display department abbreviation. For example, WTINTMD is West Towne Internal Medicine.

    The ring icons that appear under the appointment time specify when the appointment occurs and its length. If you are a surgeon, your cases appear with a surgical icon.
