LOW-VOLUME PRODUCTION Urethane cast parts are perfect for
low-quantity production — as well as for first run production
parts, which can be completed weeks before production tooling is
ready, when volumes do not justify investment in injection mold
tooling
MARKET TESTING End-user functionality and a high-quality finish
makes urethane cast parts ideal for consumer testing, user
evaluation and concept models. Using the cast urethane process
means that changes can be incorporated quickly for either further
testing or market launch.
FINISHING
Parts are built with a smooth, high-quality surface finish and your
choice of color. AIXI can provide additional processing, including
custom painting and hardware installation, to meet your
needs.
3D PRINTING
AIXI provides a range of high-quality 3D printing (additive
manufacturing) services, including FDM, SLA, SLS and SLM. This
allows for the 3D printing of plastics and metals, and provides
options for both prototyping and production.
3D printing is a great way to create one-off parts or small
batches, and can be used to create complex geometries that could
not be realised using traditional manufacturing processes.
