To Whom It May Concern: I had the pleasure of working with Alexander van den Berg during the summer of 2015. He worked directly with me on a daily basis and was a contributing factor on many of the research projects and investment recommendations we made at the time. In addition to assisting me, Alexander was also exposed to the client service part of the business, spending time with our consultants and visiting with investors. While interning with CenterState Bank Wealth Management, Alexander proved to be an astute learner and impressed everybody with his ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Whether it was pulling data from Bloomberg or analyzing the yield spread between energy infrastructure stocks and the ten-year Treasury, he was able to critically think about each situation and the effect it would have on the portfolio. Another key skill he displayed was his ability to adapt and learn on the job. While Alexander hadn’t had direct valuation exposure before interning with us, we tasked him with a research project analyzing a company in the technology sector. Using discounted cash flow and comparable company analysis, he was able to analyze the security and make a recommendation on it. Alexander has the potential to be great in any industry or job function and I highly recommend him for a position with your company. Regards, Pierre G Allard Portfolio Manager [email protected]

To Whom It May Concern:

I had the pleasure of working with Alexander van den Berg during the summer of 2015. He

worked directly with me on a daily basis and was a contributing factor on many of the research

projects and investment recommendations we made at the time. In addition to assisting me,

Alexander was also exposed to the client service part of the business, spending time with our

consultants and visiting with investors.

While interning with CenterState Bank Wealth Management, Alexander proved to be an astute

learner and impressed everybody with his ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Whether it was

pulling data from Bloomberg or analyzing the yield spread between energy infrastructure stocks

and the ten-year Treasury, he was able to critically think about each situation and the effect it

would have on the portfolio.

Another key skill he displayed was his ability to adapt and learn on the job. While Alexander

hadn’t had direct valuation exposure before interning with us, we tasked him with a research

project analyzing a company in the technology sector. Using discounted cash flow and

comparable company analysis, he was able to analyze the security and make a recommendation

on it.

Alexander has the potential to be great in any industry or job function and I highly recommend

him for a position with your company.
