Alliance for Diversity & Equity (ADE)
Who We Are June 14, 2006
Leadership in a diverse world, Excellence in all endeavors, Achievement through scholarship and community service, and Diversity and Equity as core values in education and society.
Alliance for Diversity & Equity
We envision KSD/ADE to be a place: where all students have a voice and are treated
with dignity and respect. where students, families, staff, administration,
and community are all interdependent - unified by mutual respect and acceptance, and having the purpose of academic success for all students.
where parents, guardians, students, and the community are able to freely express their concerns and feel safe, validated and appreciated.
Alliance for Diversity & Equity
where students accept, learn and appreciate all of the unique qualities of individuals.
where it is safe for and welcoming of all students and staff members.
where all students are nurtured, supported and “successfully prepared for the future”.
where equal opportunities exist for and are accessible to all students.
where families, school officials, and communities feel that power, responsibility and successes are equally shared.
