I finally had to contact the merchant who told me he'd send it out. He never did. The next communication I received from him was to the effect that it wasn't available and that he'd issue me a refund. Which didn't mean much since the refund was only one cent. I was disappointed by his handling of the situation, and my Mom was disappointed because she was looking forward to the little heart necklace."  I will be posting this email and all related screenprints online. You'll have to do a search to figure out where they're located. You say you don't censor reviews just because they're negative but you've always done exactly that. That's a big part of the reason I'm ordering more from Walmart.
