Custom printed flag flags are the most versatile and best value flags on the market in the UK today. Combining top of

the range materials and optimum flying weights, these flags last as well as traditional sewn flags but fly much better at

lower wind speeds.

Manufactured using flame-retardant 110gsm knitted polyester and fitted with rope and toggle as standard, these flags

can be fitted with metal eyelets or a sleeve at no extra charge. Unlike other printers we Colour fix and wash all our

outdoor fabric flags before they are dispatched so no colour runs GUARANTEED!

Highest quality and fantastic value digitally printed Indian flags are available in all sizes. We manufacture flags from half

yard to six yard all roped and toggled ready to fly, all our flags are printed onto the best quality 110 grams per square

meter knitted polyester flag material to give a superior quality flag. All our flag hems have a minimum of two rows of

stitching all corners are box stitched and ends back stitched to ensure additional strength and longer life span.

Anti-Fray netting is a mesh fabric sewn into the edge of the flag which provides added protection to the fag hem,

creating a barrier that bears the brunt of the forces associated with flying flags. It is intended that the anti-fray netting

should break down under these forces therefore providing an opportunity to make simple routine repairs to the flag.

BRAND YOUR GAZEBO We use a vinyl heat transfer process to reproduce simple graphics and text. This is where the branding is cut from

standard vinyl colours and then heat pressed onto the canopy fabric. It is a very similar process to the way football shirts

and t-shirts are printed, but on a much heavier duty scale. The vinyl decals actually ingratiate themselves as part of the

material with the application of heat.

The standard vinyl colours available are black, white, red, forest green, navy blue, royal blue, sky blue, silver, brown,

purple, burgundy, yellow, orange and pink.

We can also reproduce digital images or pantone specific colours by digitally printing graphics onto a white vinyl

background. This is then heat applied to the fabric instead. There is a white border associated with this technique, but if

the image is going onto a white background then it is not noticeable. This method is more expensive than using standard

vinyls.
