Report biologists/sub-contractors on-site hours for M/OSHA, schedule drug screens, assist with background checks, coordinate MASC training
Data Entry (hydrology, flow, fish, rainfall, vegetation, and accounting)
Edit/finalize/submit reports to major agencies such as USACOE working under rigorous deadlines
Create/review/finalize extensive Excel tables and graphs depicting data fluctuation

Replenish office/field equipment. Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly inventories
Enter jobs and PO’s, execute project set-up and completion forms, track remaining balances towards PO’s

Truck maintenance: Inspect fire extinguishers, stock trucks, shuffle fleet weekly for oil changes/maintenance, up-keep first aid, inventory MSHA supplies, replenish field maps/forms. Log vehicle maintenance/history
Design client Christmas cards. Compile client recipient list
Work with hazardous materials in fish lab, following MSDS. Assist with documentation of species, measurements, and gender
