Notice for Newly Admitted B Tech I Year Students (After Admission)

The College family cordially welcomes all newly admitted I year students. The

students should note the following points: 1. They have to directly report to their respective hostels (Kailash Hostel for boys & VH

Hostel for girls) on 19th August 2016. 2. They will be allotted room in the hostel only after depositing the requisite fee in the

hostel (Rs. 11000.00 as mess advance fee & Rs. 2480.00 as a hostel maintenance

fee) in form of two separate DDs in favour of Warden, G B Pant Engineering

college, Pauri Garhwal payable at SBI, GBPEC, Pauri Garhwal (Code 14134) 3. The college will provide cot, study table, chair and almirah in the hostel. Students are

required to bring other necessary items. 4. Their classes will start from 21st August 2016 onwards. 5. Multimedia mobiles are not allowed in the College campus. 6. The students are required to be properly dressed up. The college uniform is

compulsory for all students. The following uniform is recommended for the students:

Girls: White Kurta and white Salwar with navy blue Dupatta/White shirt, Grey

Trouser and Maroon tie, black leather shoes with White shocks, Navy blue

Sweaters and navy blue Blazer.

Boys: White Shirt, Grey Trouser and Maroon tie, black leather shoes with white

shocks, Navy blue Sweaters and navy blue Blazer.

Note: Low waist trousers are strictly prohibited. 7. The students are advised to attend 100% classes. The students having shortage of

attendance will not be allowed to appear in End semester Examination. Students

are advised to refer to the attendance rules for the same.
