The masthead/logo is red and in bold capital letters. This is the visual branding often done in a specially designed typeface to be very recognizable and unique.

The cover lines are at the bottom of the page as well as the side generally rather organised in two lines. This therefore means there is no distraction from the main image as it is not overlapping and can be read rather easily.

The main cover line tells us straight away what this issue of the magazine is based on.

The main image concludes of harry potter in the middle, however without even watching the franchise we would be able to work out that he is the main character. This is because he is standing in the middle, but is however not looking straight forward and looks rather victorious.

The main image also shows one of the characters holding a wand which is something that is very recognizable with the franchise and would also tell you automatically that its harry potter.
