My name is Tom Schiano, and I am the owner and proprietor of Mama’s Restaurant and Café Baci in Hackettstown New Jersey. As a hostess at Mama’s and Café Baci Anya was a crucial member of our staff.  The hostess is held accountable for a large degree of responsibility, not to mention being the individual in charge of curating the first impression of our restaurant to incoming guests. It was within Anya’s duties to manage nightly reservation lists, seat guests, learn and communicate multiple daily specials, and simultaneously work to support the waitress staff of our restaurant. Anya operated in a high-pressure position that required a great deal of displayed maturity. Even in this fast-paced environment, Anya was able to maintain a very pleasant and accommodating demeanor to our guests. It was a pleasure having Anya as a member of our team, and I would happily recommend her for a future position that would assist in her personal and professional growth.
