Rides for Seniors identified as a top need through the Age Friendly Casper Action Plan process.
AARP Community Challenge Grant offered “quick and simple” funding opportunity for projects.
Transit manager suggested installing a bus shelter at the 3rd busiest stop in Casper.
Total project cost: $9,081. Would have saved $1,000 had we been permitted to use volunteers.
