Financial Sectors committees

Fund Raising:When we talk about the fuel of APEC11 train, it is the moment when we

talk about its fund raising team.

So, being one of them will give you the chance involving the multinational

companies society and how you can negotiate them for financial/

academic support of APEC11 projects.

FR11 team duties: Conduct a market research to figure out the suitable sponsors for

funding support for APEC11 projects.

Providing sponsors for APEC11.

Meet the required fund needed by APEC11.

Following up with the sponsors.

Logistics and Purchasing:APECs gladiators in the market are our Logistics team.

So, if you wanna put your fighting skills to the test, you are supposed to join

this team and have the chance to fight for something valuable!

LOG11 team duties:

Conduct a market research to figure out the suitable suppliers,

materials and price offers.

Design APEC 11 booth and assigning all the required materials

needed.

Estimating budget for every project to assign it as a target to be

achieved by the FR committee.

Managing and buying all the required needs for the projects.

Building APEC 11 booth with the aid of the reception committee.

Public Relations:

APECs relations with others are their objective.So, if you claim that you have good communication skills, you are

introduced to judge this claim. Being a one of them will introduce you to

others and will expand your relation circle!

Join them now, the PR team.

PR11 team Duties:

APEC's interface with the faculty administration.

Reserving places, equipments and handling agreements for our

projects.

Conduct a market research to figure out the suitable media

sponsors.

Negotiating and following up with the suggested media sponsors.

Organizing Sectors committees

Human Resources:When we are talking about Human Resource team, we are talking about

APECs backbone, the element which working so hard in darkness. But they

contribute our glory effectively.

So, have this honor to join this tough team, the HR team.

HR11 team Duties:

Building database. Documentation of meetings minutes of all the committees.

Coordination with the other committees.

Writing all the documentation forms.

Organize questionnaires and interviews.

Evaluating the Crews performance.

Providing all the required soft skills trainings.

Motivating the crew all the time.

Organize outings and refreshments for the crew.

Getting the latest social news related to APEC crew (birthdays,

engagement of one of the members,...etc).

Celebrating &Rewarding APEC members.

Publication and Design:APECs image inside our compass is their responsibility, so talking about

designs, publicity campaigns, and our image

P&D11 team Duties: Design the required Posters & Banners.

Responsible of the publicity of APEC events in the college

through the assigned publicity channels.

Design Fliers & Brochures for multiple events.

Setting the standards of APECs life style -which makes anyone dealing withyou will be proud to deal with APECians- is your contribution; Responsibility

of making APEC the best of the best is your glory.

So, share them their glory and be one of them, the reception team.

REC11 team Duties:

Representing APEC in the booths and events.

Decorate the sessions and the events halls of APEC.

Planning and serving the coffee breaks. Put the APEC code for the sessions and for the visits of APEC '11.

Improve APEC '11 image by their fine work and decorations.

Welcoming APEC guests during events.

Projects Sectors committees

Project Management Team:Receiving projects ideas, planning them considering all constrains and the

leak of the available resources, initiating the project, solving and controlling

the project, Identifying alternatives during execution. Is their objective; the

project management team.

So, be ready for this headache and how you will face and solve all of this!

PM11 Duties:Planning projects in order to accomplish its goals.

Monitor projects stages (initiation, scope planning, scope definition,

scope verification and scope change control).

Identifying alternatives that would achieve the same result.

Updating the project scope definition before crisis.

Run the project on a day-by-day basis.

The Main Responsible for the project Execution and results.

Helpful Team:Increasing the performance of APEC projects by supporting the project

management team in executing their projects is the responsibility of the

H.T!

HT11 Duties:

Helping the project management team in writing their plans and

making the required researches.

Getting the academic sponsors required to cover project managersneeds.

Co-ordination between the PMs and the organizing committees.
