The Apple range is produced in our own workshop in the UK assuring our clients of a

very high standard of control in all elements of the production process.

Our straightforward approach means that we can meet the needs of an ever changing

market and supply a superior service level. With this in mind we offer our ‘Standard

Range’ in flexible sizing, at a fixed price, with options of a multitude of finishes and

lighting configurations to suit your budget or brief.

There is an option to deliver the finished units to you, for you to arrange installation.

Or use our highly skilled in-house installation teams to fit them professionally.

We can provide a full site survey and a dedicated project management service from

production through to installation to deal professionally with planning and Health and

Safety issues, instructing subcontractors on your behalf and overseeing all aspects of

the project by working as main contractor. Our offer does not end there - we have a

fully functioning creative design studio capable of developing the most ambitious of

projects supplying CAD plans, elevations and space planning, along with high

definition visuals and even walk round movies of the finished proposals.

All of these elements assure you that when we work with the client, be it the retailer,

architectural practice, design agency or heritage groups, we are more than capable of

meeting expectations, in all aspects of the project and its overall management.

Standard Panels with slats @ 68mm centres.

100mm centre panels available to order

Material ~ MDF (Medium density fibreboard) panel in 18mm thickness. Wood veneer on MDF in

19mm thickness. Fire retardant panels available to order.

Paint Finish ~ In acid catalyst lacquers. A/C lacquers give a hard wearing surface. Standard colours are

white, cream and grey. Other colours from the British Standard and RAL ranges are

available on request.

Melamine Finish ~ In wood grain or coloured finishes give consistent colour and grain pattern from one

board to the next. Standard finishes in wood grain are pear, maple, ash, white beech,

steamed beech, oak, pine, cherry and walnut.

Veneer Finish ~ High quality lacquered wood veneer. Natural veneers will give a variety of grain patterns.

Standard veneers are maple, ash, white beech, steamed beech, quarter cut oak, crown

cut oak, pine, quarter cut cherry, crown cut cherry and walnut.

Panel Inserts ~

A wide choice of colours are available in plastic inserts to match or contrast with the slatted panels. Also available in aluminium.

Edgings ~

Edgings are used to finish the end run of a panel or around a pillar. They are available in either soft wood in a painted finish or

hardwood to match veneered boards.

Acrylic Fittings

Most of the standard designs illustrated throughout the fittingssection are manufactured with a lug on the back to fit onto slattedpanels or alternatively some of the models have screw holes so they can be fixed directly onto a wall which does not haveslatted panels.

Some designs are only manufactured in screw fitting style and canbe used on slatted panels with a metal adapter bracket.

Fittings are made in 3-5mm acrylic or high impact acrylic withpolished edges.

Special sizes or designs can be made to order.

Metal Fittings

There is an extensive range of metal fittings available in whitepowder coating, polished chrome or plastic.

Other powder coating colours are available on large quantities.

All fittings are strong and easy to reposition.

Standard card fixtures include the following: • Available in 1000mm L and 1220mm L.• 1 drawer in a 1000mm L x 2 drawers in a 1220mm L. • Plain drawer fronts with either chrome or brass bow handles.• Alternative materials, drawer fronts, handles and sizes are available to order –

Tiers There are 2 profiles available in the tiered sections. Profile A ~ 1/2 of the card face is visible. Profile B ~ 2/3rd of the card face visible.

Finishes • MDF painted card fixtures in white, cream or grey.• Other colours available to order from the British Standard Range and RAL.

Veneers, lacquered or stained and lacquered • Standard veneers include maple, ash, white beech, steamed beech, crown cut

oak, quarter cut oak, pine, crown cut cherry, quarter cut cherry or walnut. • Alternative veneers such as birch, sycamore or chestnut available to order.

Melamine & Laminates • Standard melamine colours in white, cream or grey.• Alternative finishes available in an extensive range of coloured wood grains and

metal finishes. • There is also a variety of differing textured finishes. • Prices will vary depending on the type of laminate or melamine used.

Drawer Front Options & Handles • Various drawer front options and handles available on request.

Continuous Runs & Corners • Many of the designs can be installed in a continuous run, to fit any given area. • Most designs have internal and external corners.

Delivery • Card units can be palletised (1 or 2 per pallet) or delivered on a shared delivery basis.

Abbreviated Terms and Conditions

• Any shortages and/or breakages must be notified by 11.30am the next working dayand confirmed in writing within 48 hours.

• ALL parcels must be clearly signed for UNCHECKED if not opened immediately ondelivery.

• Apple reserves the right to change prices and specifications without notice. • All plans, drawings, specification and samples involved in estimates are the sole

property of Apple. • Wood veneers used in the manufacture of our products will give a variety of grain

patterns and will have a naturally occurring colour change depending on whetherit is old or new growth of the tree. We cannot be held responsible for suchvariations.

• All prices exclude packing, delivery, installation and VAT. • Unless otherwise agreed by an authorised person on behalf of Apple all payments

are on a Pro Forma basis. • Credit facilities may be given to long term customers, dependant on the receipt of

satisfactory trade and bank references. • Accounts must be paid within 30 days of date of invoice. Invoices outstanding

beyond 30 days are subject to an interest charge of 3% per month or part of amonth.

• Orders accepted cannot be cancelled by the Customer except on such terms as willindemnify Apple against any actual or anticipated loss.

• Unless otherwise stated estimates are firm for 30 days. • Upon delivery of the goods all liability, loss, damage and other incidents shall pass

immediately to the customer. • Legal and beneficial ownership and title of the goods will not pass until payment

for everything detailed in the estimate and invoice are paid in full. • Full terms and conditions are sent with all estimates and are also available on

request.

Lead Times

• At the point of order a manufacture lead time will be given, please note that this isan approximate guide only.

• Lead times do vary during the year and could therefore be higher during busyperiods, ie: February - April, August - November.

Delivery Options

• Next day delivery (from dispatch) by our Carrier Company • Apple delivery, based on a shared drop (multiple deliveries in a specific area). Please

bear in mind that lead times could be slightly more than stated at time of order ifon a shared drop.

• Apple dedicated delivery • Customer can also arrange collection of the units if required. A packing and/or

pallet charge will be levied.
