R̀owing Seasons… What to expect
Summer (June - August )
On-water training Development: generally 3 sessions/week Competitive: 6-7 sessions/week
Times vary based on athlete interest and availability
Fall (September - October)
On-water training Development: generally 3 sessions/week. Tuesday & Friday : 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday: rotational sessions held between 11:00 and 2:00pm Competitive: 6-7 sessions/per week Monday - Friday : 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday: rotational sessions held between 8:30am and 2:00pm
Note: some Saturdays will have overlap times where the entire team rows together
Winter (November - March )
Indoor training Development: generally 3 sessions/week. Tuesday & Friday : 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday: rotational sessions held between 11:00am and 2:00pm Competitive: 6-7 sessions/per week Monday - Friday : 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday: rotational sessions held between 8:30am and 2:00pm
Note: some Saturdays will have overlap times where the entire team rows together

March Break Trip
Approximately 1 week in Tampa, FL
✦ Argonaut Rowing Club(ARC) membership $1,131
✦ Summer training - June - August
✦ Fall training - September - October
✦ Winter training - indoor training, no regattas
✦ Spring training camp in March, billed separately
✦ Regatta fees are billed per regatta and due prior to regattas
