The Ojai Art Center presents

a two-day juried fine art festival • May 27 & 28, 2017

Show Hours 10 am - 5 pm both days

The show is located in beautiful Libbey Park in downtown Ojai.

Exhibit space is approximately 10’ x 12’. There is ample room for a 10’ x10’ canopy since some booth locations will receive partial sun exposure depending on the time of day.

Artists are welcome to demonstrate their medium within the confines of their booth.

I submit this application to become an exhibitor at The 40th Annual Art in the Park 2017.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Art in the Park festival andthe City of Ojai.

By signing this application I discharge the Art in the Park Festival, the Ojai Art Center and the City of Ojai from all manner of suits, actions, damages and claims in law or equity from any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s property while at the Art in the Park and The City of Ojai, California.

I also guarantee the work submitted for application and in my booth was produced solely by me.

I agree that no refunds will be made for bad weather or other acts of God. The risk and loss from such an event will be borne by the exhibitor.

I agree my booth will remain set-up until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
