Energise Your Future at Subsea Expo 2019 ‘The world’s largest subsea exhibition and conference’ Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre Thursday 7th February 2019 09.45 – 13.15 (registration starting at 09.15) OPITO and Subsea UK invite students and teachers to Energise Your Future at Subsea Expo 2019. The world class technology at Subsea Expo showcases the innovation behind this pioneering sector, giving pupils a flavour of the subsea industry and the range of opportunities available within the energy mix. Pupils aged 13-17 who have an interest in the energy sector have the opportunity to liaise with companies at their interactive exhibition stands, relate their subjects to career options and disciplines through interesting discussions and activities. There are a vast amount of different opportunities within the energy industry and Energise Your Future aims to showcase the range of choices – not just engineering or working offshore. Pupils who are interested in business, arts, science and technological subjects should come along and find out more – they may be surprised at what’s out there! The format of the day will see school pupils take part in an interactive presentation where they will hear from young people working in the industry before going on a guided journey around the exhibition.
