• Errata Responses shall not exceed 10 sheets of paper, which

allows up to 20 double-sided pages of content Binder covers, section tabs, a Table of Contents and

Response Forms will not count toward the page limit Certifications can be made by legal counsel or by the

firm’s President/CEO (Certificate of Ineligible Contractors)

Identification can be a driver’s license from any US state, or a US passport (S.A.V.E. Affidavit)

The awarded firm will not be excluded from proposing on a future Economic Impact Analysis procurement

Disregard references to the “DBE Compliance Form,” as the form “DBE Utilization Plan” supersedes
