Hunger Takes Over

This concept will alter existing ads in the magazine by adding a food item into the scene. For example,

in a perfume ad, the bottle of perfume in the model’s hand can be replaced with a box of spaghetti, or

a can of soup. This would be pretty unexpected when you turn the page, and would grab the viewers

attention immediately.

Each version would utilize parts of a current ad in an

attempt to get the reader’s attention by replacing main

items from the scene with food items. The ads are not

only urging people to donate to Feed Nova Scotia, but

also implying the person in the ad is going to

donate themselves with the item they are holding.

More examples of how different ads would look. They would

mostly be for the magazine, but could easily work on

the web as well.
