Resistive ink from Jujo chemical:◦ Jujo JELCON CH-8 + Medium + Silica additive◦ About 100CHF/kg◦ The material is not validated yet.

Pending to use this, after our discussion Resistive ink from ESL:

◦ RS12100 Series◦ About 1kCHF/kg◦ The material is well tested as MM electrodes.

かなり、出来は良い。 抵抗値は、上の端から下

の端まで 15MΩ くらい。◦ 結構良い値。◦ パターンの出来も、非常に

良い。

ESL 220μ幅

For SM1 R&D is almost done. We are starting the ordering for module-0

◦ The ESL paste will be delivered to printing company at beginning of January.

◦ The estimated foil delivering (to Kobe) is mid of January.

◦ The cost for printing will be 2M JPY, and I confirmed to ATLAS-Japan fund manager that it will be provided from KEK.

Current status for screen printing

For SM2 Ordering has been already done.

◦ Total cost: 4M JPY◦ Half of them is covered by KEK (ATLAS-J), and another half

is covered by Kobe U. (Detector R&D budget).◦ The small modification for drawings will be needed.◦ Proof check of the pattern will be done in this week.◦ Mask production … 1.5 weeks◦ Image development on the foil … 1 week (Laytech)◦ The sputtering will be available at end of this year or the

beginning of the next year. (Be-sputter)◦ Lift off process … 1 week (Laytech)◦ The foils will be delivered to us in mid January
