An attendance- monitoring system maintains a daily record of a person's arrival and departure time from work or school.
Time and attendance systems are the modern-day equivalent of the paper time sheet or punch clock. They automate day-to-day tasks such as tracking work hours and calculating accrued
benefits, providing valuable information and making business more efficient.
An attendance-monitoring system serves as a time log that is set up as a computerized database.

It tracks students' attendance and progress. They can request students' progress reports or transcripts.
It keeps records in order and is frequently updated. When seeking employment, an employee can request certain reports to be printed from the attendance-monitoring system.

SIGNIFICANCE
It monitors an individual’s presence at any moment.
It outputs printout generation either as printer or xls output (attendance sheets).
It can easily track tardiness and patterns of absenteeism.
Users can also utilize a thin client – the intranet application for attendance data processing (employees can use the application for attendance data viewing).

The system takes away the need for students to pass paper registers around the class, makes falsifying attendance more difficult and removes the need for administrators to manually enter data into a database or spreadsheet.
Lecturers are also spared the task of passing on registers for analysis, therefore reducing time delays in identifying non-attendance.
For the employees, it calculates the actual hour of work and recording of overtime hours as well as the monthly total hours worked.

Time and attendance software can reduce the administrative hassles of managing paper time slips and reduce mistakes.
It can cut down on time theft: buddy punching, extended lunches, and other time tracking problems.

TTA01 is a compact and efficient stand-alone device that enables quick and accurate identity matching and can record up to 50000 transaction records. It give reports of overtime/docking of non-exempt employees.
It is software that manages or monitors the time worked by employees for the purpose of efficiently processing payroll. It tracks labor distribution, building security, and personnel scheduling.

The identification speed is fast. Memory stick solves the problem of no PC in local site. You just download records into the stick and take it to where there is PC.

The reader offers input of 20 types of basic working time interruptions as well as definable additional interruptions. Codes and meanings of individual working time interruptions are configurable. The unit has a memory that can store 7000 passages without having to be emptied into the connected PC.

ID Card Scanning

It is an electronic attendance monitoring system, primarily designed to help improve attendance and retention. The Uni Nanny system is mobile, reducing registration time. The software improves the management of student attendance and can be imported into other student information systems, which can indicate any attendance problems.

It implies the biometric solution eliminates the usage of the buddy punching method and emphasizes on capturing the facial details along with the time.

These data are then stored in the database of the computer so that they could be retrieved anytime. With the usage of the biometric time attendance system, it eliminates the need of the paper register which was in use earlier for recording the attendance along with the time.
