Therefore, refunds are available when a cancellation is made ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS, LESS A $5 HANDLING FEE. Cancellations made after that time will receive a CREDIT FOR STORE MERCHANDISE ONLY, LESS THE $5 HANDLING FEE. No refunds or credits will be given once a class has begun. In the event that ASC must cancel a class, individuals who register for that class will be contacted and given a full refund or the substitution of another course.FEATURE TEACHER CLASS PASS TERMS & RESTRICTIONS: The Pass can be purchased at any time, but MUST BE USED DURING ONE SPECIFIED MONTH (September, October, November, December, or January). Not applicable to previously purchased classes. Valid only on specially marked Feature Teacher Classes. You must sign up for classes one week in advance in order for us to accommodate everyone. No walk-ins can be accepted. We are unable to give refunds on Feature Teacher Class Passes.
