While most manufacturers don’t offer the lit-tle things to help you keep your trailer rolling, Big Tex Trailers has your needs lubed. We install treated pine floors on all of our units so that you are not assuming the cost-ly maintenance of replacing floors annually. Whether you are in the heat of summer or tough winter conditions, our floors stand up to the test. (Douglas fir floors are standard in our product built in Caldwell, ID)

We uti-lize channel reducing condensation and rust in our tongues to ensure that the tongue on your unit will not flex or fail when loaded. Our channel is stronger and thicker than many tube steel tongues in the marketplace.

Safety is something that we keep in mind every day at Big Tex Trailers. When you look at our lighting, you will notice that we use the safest lighting in the industry, LED lighting. This lighting is brighter, more dependable, and uses less power from the tow vehicle. Furthermore, LED lighting lasts longer than conventionalincandescent lights, hands down!

Many Big Tex autohaulers & equip-ment trailers come standard with our industry leading fold back tongue. This integrated tongue gives our trail-ers increased stability and allows for smoother travel with heavy loads.

Many of our equipment trailers over 10,000 lbs. come standard with adjustable couplers (not stan-dard on our PI model). An adjustable coupler al-lows the height of the coupler to be quickly changed without needing multiple ball mounts on the tow vehicle. The coupler can also be easily changed in the event that a pintle ring needs to be utilized.
