Taiwan It was with great enthusiasm that on December 1, 2008 Ayrshire Electronics announced its expansion into the global market with the opening of our new International Purchasing Office located in Taipei, Taiwan. Ayrshire Electronics Taiwan has a highly diverse team with industry experience managing all component levels of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) sourcing from standard, off the shelf commodities to custom designed parts, conventional and lead free multilayer board designs. The Taiwan Branch is staffed to provide our customers with a strategic advantage through market research, engineering support, quoting, benchmarking, project coordination, procurement, quality assurance and supplier management. Our sourcing territory includes Pan Asian areas across Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Ayrshire has appointed TC Chu to manage our Taiwan facility. TC comes to us with extensive experience managing international purchasing operations for EMS providers and importers based in the US. This corporate resource, available to all current and prospective customers, provide procurement support to all Ayrshire manufacturing locations and is designed to take advantage of more competitively priced materials, thereby helping our customers maintain their competitive edge, improve profitability and gain market share.
