Additional Booking Information
• Exhibitors must fully clear all waste from a 3M perimeter of their stall at the end of the
day. • Electricity usage inspections will be made during Winter Wonderland and in the event of
exhibitors using electricity, which exceeds their booking quota additional charges will be
made • All traders must hire a uniform and wear at all times. The cost will be refunded when
returned post event. Please choose a size when submitting your application • All traders must dress their stall to fit the theme of the event. There will be a prize for
the best dressed stall • Traders are not allowed to use a mobile phone during trading hours • Traders who would like to bring their own structure must provide an image and be
approved before booking

Winter Wonderland - Terms & Conditions
1. A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. No bookings will be accepted without this payment
2. Cancellation: KingPin Events LTD will retain 50% of the paid total on cancellation by the vendor up to 1st September 2016
3. Cancellation: KingPin Events will retain 100% of the paid total on cancellation by the vendor after 1st October 2016
4. Payment Terms: Vendors are required to pay 100% within 30 days of the invoice date. (i.e. Invoice date 13/08/2016 – Payment due 13/09/2016)
5. Winter Wonderland will endeavor to place stalls offering similar ranges apart, but reserve the right to give the public variety and choice
6. Exhibitors must ensure that they are adequately insured. Copies of Public Liability Certificates must be included with this application form
7. It is essential that exhibitors carry out a Risk Assessment for their stalls. Please see template attached, copies of which must accompany the booking form
8. Exhibitors must ensure that all relevant electrical equipment has had updated Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
9. Exhibitors must comply with health and safety regulations, in line with the Health and Safety Act (1974)
10. Exhibitors must only sell the goods stated at the time of booking and Winter Wonderland does not permit the sales of additional items
11. Exhibitors will be allocated set up time slots before the festival
12. Parking arrangements to be confirmed
13. Exhibitors must ensure that no equipment exceeds the area booked. Exhibitors who fail to respect this rule may be asked for additional payment
14. All stalls and pitches must be staffed, stocked and open during the festival’s opening hours.
15. Exhibitors may not smoke on the Festival site; smoking areas will be designated or use mobile phones
16. Exhibitors must place their rubbish in allocated bins and clean up their pitch/ stall area at the end of the day
17. Exhibitors must fully clear all waste from a 3m perimeter of their stall at the end of the event. Any vendors who are deemed to not adhere to this will incur a fine
18. Exhibitors must take responsibility to safeguard their property; Winter Wonderland does not accept responsibility for any losses
19. Exhibitors must keep their stalls presentable during festival hours
20. No refunds will be made if the festival cannot take place for any reasons beyond the control of the organisers including bad weather. The decision to cancel is at the discretion of the organisers

21. Exhibitors may be penalised if any of the rules above are breached
