There are items for language arts, literature, science and
social studies - Grades 4 -12.
My products are affordable and I offer quite a few freebies.
RuthIve been teaching for 30 years in Connecticut and found that
many resources Ive purchased over the years from
publishers, just dont provide what my students need and what
theyre required to learn. Ive spent thousands of dollars out
of my own pocket to purchase novel guides and other resources
that looked good in the catalogs, but when it came right down
to it, Id end up using only one or two worksheets from each one.
Sound familiar?
I began creating my own novel packets and other classroom
worksheets, etc. and began sharing them with my colleagues
who used them with their students. Their feedback was amazing.
They wanted more, so thats when my TeacherPayTeacher
journey began. I felt that I should share my own creations with
as many teachers as I could.
My products are original and created with National and State
standards in mind.
The items I sell on TeachersPayTeachers are inexpensive and work
in the classroom!

I like my students to work on novel packets in small groups so
that quality brainstorming and discussions occur.
The packets can be used with guided reading groups or at
literacy stations. Theyre all self- explanatory and can be
completed by individual students if those kids prefer to work
alone.
