A few useful tips

Dear Sherry,

How are you getting on? I received your e-mail just now. You seen so

frustrated. I feel I must write to you immediately. This is to tell you that you that

you should not worry so much about your pimples. In fact, what you are having

now is not even a problem.

Pimples are common to most teenagers. My brothers and I faced this

problem a few years ago as well. At that time, I thought the world was going to end

every time a pimple appeared. Fortunately, our helpful mother taught us what to do

to solve the problem.

One very important thing you have to keep in mind is skin cleanliness.

Make sure your face is clean at all times. Wash your face early in the morning,

afternoon and in the evening. Use a reliable facial cleanser. You should not touch

or pinch the pimple at all. If you do this, the pimple will get infected with bacteria

or you may leave a scar on your skin.

Besides skin care, you must make sure you follow a healthy diet. Take

plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and avoid fried or oily food.

One more thing to remember is to avoid the hot sun.

I hope this e-mail helps you with your problem. Write to me if it works for

you. if it doesn’t, then you may need to seek professional help.

Bye for now and take care.

Your friend,

Dila
