    Lyrical poems ( defnition –wikipedia)

    Lyric poetry a orm o poetry withrhyming schemes that express

    personal and emotional eelings. Inthe ancient world, lyric poemswere meant to be played to thelyre. Lyric poems do not have torhyme, and today do not need tobe set to msic or a beat.

    Another Defnition o Lyric Poetry

    Lyric Poetry consists o a poem,

    such as a sonnet or an ode, thatexpresses the thoughts andeelings o the poet. The term lyricis now commonly reerred to as the

    words to a song. Lyric poetry doesnot tell a story which portrayscharacters and actions. The lyricpoet addresses the reader directly,

    portraying his or her own eeling,state o mind, and perceptions.
