New York, NY, March 11, 2011 -- Edcomm Bankers Academy has recently deployed trai
ning to meet financial literacy requirements recently released by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). With 24+ years of experience serving the industry, Bankers Academy quickly assessed the requirements and packaged a course using existing content from its over 5,000 courses that will ensure that credit union directors are well equipped with the necessary training and knowledge required by the NCUA.
In February 2011, the NCUA released a Letter to Credit Unions, No. 11-FCU-02, detailing specific financial literacy requirements for Federal Credit Union (FCU)directors which will take effect on July 27, 2011.
