Initio is a business consultancy firm specialised in the Financial Industry – our group counts over 500 highly qualified

business consultants spread over Brussels, Luxembourg, Geneva & Paris.

Our core business is projects for the Banking & Insurance sector. In parallel our teams in Digital Transformation,

Digital Marketing, Customer Intelligence, and Data Mining have been growing fast counting around 100 people

spread over Paris, Brussels, Geneva and Luxemburg.

We have structured our expertise into the following business lines: Retail & Commercial Banking, Private Banking,

Fund Services, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, Insurance and Securities Services and a transversal offering on

Digital transformation. Our service offering is combined with a strong competence in business/process analysis and

project management.

To support our rapid expansion across Europe, we are recruiting future colleagues with experience in the

Financial Services industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be a member of our consultancy team either as a business/process analyst, project/change manager or act

as SME on specific topics (in banking/insurance or digital marketing/customer experience).

Using your core competencies, you will take part to trainings and create value as well for our clients as within the

company and be part of our Business Lines where knowledge on specific topics is further cultivated.

YOUR PROFILE

At least a Master’s degree;

At least 1 year experience within the financial sector or as consultant in “digital” (Digital Transformation,

Digital Marketing, Customer Intelligence, Data Mining);

Solid level in English and French and a good passive knowledge of Dutch is required; and

A client-oriented attitude and good communication skill.
