Cc b bin i ny ngy cng c ng dng trong cc lnh vc iu khin ng c, truyn ng in, tit kim nng lngy cng chnh l ti ca n mn hc ny.V trong hc k ny nhm chon ti Thit k h thng nghch lu 12VDC ln 220VAC tn s 50Hz lm ti cho n mn hc ny.Trong thi gian ngn thc hin ti cng vi kin thc cn nhiu hn ch, nn trong tp n ny khng trnh khi thiu st. CHNG I : GII THIU LINH KINI. IC 5551. Thng sin p u vo : 2 - 18V ( Ty tng loi ca 555 : LM555, NE555, NE7555..)Dng tiu th : 6mA - 15mAin p logic mc cao : 0.5 - 15Vin p logic mc thp : 0.03 - 0.06VCng sut tiu th (max) 600mW2. Chc nng ca 555To xungiu ch c rng xung (PWM)Hnh 1 : IC NE555iu ch v tr xung (PPM) (Hay dng trong thu pht hng ngoi) Chn s 1(GND): cho ni GND ly dng cp cho IC hay chn cn gi l chn chung. Chn s 2(TRIGGER): c dng nh 1 chn cht hay ng vo ca 1 tn so p. Chn s 3(OUTPUT): Chn ny l chn dng ly tn hiu ra logic. Trng thi ca tn hiu ra c xc nh theo mc 0 v 1. 1 y l mc cao n tng ng vi gn bng Vcc nu (PWM=100%) v mc 0 tng ng vi 0V nhng m trong thc t mc 0 ny ko c 0V m n trong khong t (0.35 ->0.75V) . III. NGHCH LU CNG HNG.c dim c bn ca nghch lu cng hng l qu trnh chuyn mch ca van da vo hin tng cng hng. Gi tr in cp khng ln nh nghch lu dng (Ld=), m chim mt v trid trung gian sao cho khi kt hp vi in cm ti Lt v t in C th trong amchj s xut hin hin tgj dao ng in.

NGHCH LU IU BIN RNG XUNG PWM(Pulse Width Modulation).Cc b nghch lu trnh by trn c in p ra cha nhiu sng hi, nng cao cht lng in p u ra ca b nghch lu, b nghch lu iu bin rng xung PWM c a ra nghin cu v ng dng.Tiu chun nh gi cht lng b nghch lu l mc gn Sin chun ca in p u ra.Trong tt c cc b nghch lu thid b nghch lu iu bin rng xung c nh gi l b nghch lu cho php a ra dng song gn Sin nht.Trn hnh 1.17 biu din s khi iu khin cc tiristo ca PWM. T cho ta thy : hai tn hiu iu khin Uk v tn hiu song mang Ux a vo b so snh. Khi hai in p ny bang nhau s cho mt xung, qua b chia xung ta a ti iu khin cc tiristo tng ng.

LA CHN B NGHCH LUVi ngun cp l Acquy nn ta s dng mch nghch lu c lp.Nh vy ta c ba s chn la : Nghch lu c lp ngun p, ngun dng v cng hng.Mch nghch lu c lp dng in c cp t ngun dng, y ta s dng ngun cp l acquy nn khng ph hp.Mch nghch lu c lp cng hng c dng in p ra gn sin nht, tuy nhin vi tn s ln t 500Hz tr ln do vy khng ph hp s dng cho mch m ta cn thit k.Nh vy ta s dng mch nghchlu c lp ngun p, c hai la chn:Nghch lu c lp ngun p mt pha.Nghch lu c lp ngun p ba pha sau ly mt pha s dng. Nghch lu c lp ngun p ba pha c dng hnh sin hn so vi nghch lu c lp ngun p mt pha, tuy nhin vi mc ch s dng nh ban u ta a ra th hon ton khng cn thit phi dng nh vy, bi b nghch lu p ba pha cho chi ph cao hn v tnh ton iu khin cng phc tp hn rt nhiu, trong khi ta ch cn s dng mt pha cho nhu cu sinh hot hng ngy.Do vy ta s chn mch nghch lu c lp ngun p mt pha vi cc thng s v yu cu ra.B bin i DC/AC s gm hai thnh phn chnh nh sau :Mach iu khin : C nhim v pht xung vung dao ng vi tn s 50 Hz cp xung m cho transitor, transitor dn s lm cho mosfet dn.Mch lc b nghch lu mt pha :c nhim v y ko in p 12V DC ln 220VAC tn s 50Hz.III. 1. Mch dao ngMach tao xung bng ic 555Xung vung vi tn s 50Hz t c to ra t IC NE555 c a vo chn B ca transistor c945 va cc G cua mosfet irfz44nNguyn l hot ng ca mch to xung dao ng tn s 50Hz.IC NE555 c cp ngun 12VDC t bnh Acquy trc tip vo chn 8 va chn 4 cua IC. to ra tn s 50Hz ti chn 3 ca IC 555 ta mc t in c in dung l 0.1uF, chn s 2 va chn 6 ca IC c mc tr c in tr l 120k v chn s 7 c ni vi in tr 4k7. Xung vung ra vi tn s 50Hz ti chn s 3 ca IC. Xung ny s c a vo chn B ca transistor C945 v cc G cua mosfetHnh 27 : Mch Dao ngCach tinh tn s cua mach tao xung :Tn s ca tn hiu u ra l :f = 1/(ln2.C.(R1 + 2R2))Chu k ca tn hiu u ra : t = 1/fThi gian xung mc H (1) trong mt chu k :TH = ln2 .(R1 + R2).CThi gian xung mc L (0) trong 1 chu k :TL = ln2.R2.C2.
