areas of plaque

POLISH WITH PROPHY BRUSHUse brush on occlusal surface of posterior

teeth and stubborn stains on lingual surface of anterior teeth

FLOSSFloss interproximally with unwaxed floss

RE-DISCLOSECheck for missed areas

RE-POLISH IF NECESSARYIf any missed areas, use cup or brush to re-

polish to ensure all plaque has been removed prior to instructor check

HOME CARE INSTRUCIONSBrush at least three times per day using a soft bristle

toothbrushFloss at least once a day using

unwaxed flossUse mouthwash to help eliminate

bacteria and prevent halitosisVisit your Dentist every six months

to maintain a healthy oral cavity
