3.3 mi up and back from Wilson Street to Fabyan Forest Preserve and Gardens (Foot Bridge).

Cross to west side of river at the North Aurora bridge on State Street to catch trail heading back north to complete 7 mi full circle from Wilson Street and back.

Red Oak Nature Center 2.1 mi south

Turn around access at Fabyan Forest Preserve (Bike Bridge) 3.3 mi up and back from Wilson Street to Fabyan.

Riverwalk Path(No Bikes)

Walking path veers off to the east, ending at stairs north of bridge. Bikes stay straight on Shumway and cross at light.

Trail continues on Shumway. Cross at light.

From the south, walking path veers off to right, ending at stairs north of bridge.

Alternate route: ramp under bridge (burley’s won’t fit); breezeway connects to trail which continues north and south. River St. south takes you straight into downtown Batavia; bike racks throughout area.
