BD FACS Canto II
The BD FACS Canto II offers three lasers and is able to detect up to 8 parameters ( fluorochromes) at the same time!
For the analysis at the Canto II you have the choice between two different configurations:
Configuration 4-2-2 (BD default)
A photodiode is used to detect the FSC signal!

The samples can only be injected via 5mL Round-Bottom Tubes with a maximum filling volume of 4mL !
