Our project manager’s strongsense of responsibility andaccountability is only thebeginning of what sets us apartfrom our competition. Thoughwe always have at least twosupervisors on site at all timesduring the construction process, your sales rep/project managerwill always be available to be contacted at any time as wellas being on site.

We take safety seriously at Bear Brothers Roofing. We are guided by OSHA regulations and train our workers on a regular basis. It is important to review the basics and keep abreast of the newest technologies found in the marketplace today.

We provide our crews with all the safety equipment needed for the work that is to be done. While others may require their employ-ees to provide their own tools and equipment, we think that is our responsibility to protect our customers by protecting our workers.

Bear Brothers Roofing is a FULL service construction company. This means we can take any size project from start to finish. We have an effective system for develop-ing the project plans, determining the start to finish work flow, and working within budgetary requirements. We spend time on the details, even the clean up work!

Our company is built on customer satisfaction that comes from providing a quality product, delivered on time, at a reasonable cost. At Bear Brothers Roofing quality is not a word taken lightly from management to journeyman. Our philosophy is based upon the “Total Quality Management” principle of continuous improvement. In administration, this means effective cost controls and qualified relationships with manufacturers and distributors. In the field it means the highest quality craftsmanship in all our applications, which conform and at times exceeds recommended municipal codes and manufacturers guidelines. For our sales and estimating department this means working with our customers which enables them to make informed choices from all of the quality products available in the Colorado marketplace.

We know how valuable your properties are toyou and how stressful restoration after a stormcan be. All our commercial project managersare licensed insurance adjusters, so we canrelieve some of the pressure by acting on yourbehalf with your insurance company. No matterwhere you currently are in the process of yourclaim, we can help.

First, we perform a free inspection to see if youhave an insured loss. If so, we can assist you infiling a written claim. Then we meet with youradjuster and, together, assess the damage.

These two-party inspections invariably turn outmuch more favorably for the property owner.After all, the adjuster is representing his employer,the insurance company. We’re there, as equallyqualified professionals, representing you.

If you have already filed and your insurancecompany has denied your claim, or you don’tfeel comfortable with the settlement, we cancall for a re-inspection. Our record for reversingnegative decisions and gaining highersettlements for our customers is quite impressive.We will be happy to show you the figures whenwe meet.

we are able to confirm all roofmeasurements to the square inch!

STEP THREESTEP THREEWith this obtained data, our projectmanager will build a detailed report

of the inspection.

complete estimate using Xactomatesoftware. The same software used by
