Chillisauce bring you the ultimate series of team building events designed and deliveredby Bear Grylls personal team of highly trained experts.

We've taken the synergy between high performance teamwork, natural instinct andsurvival and created a one off selection completely different team building experiences.Designed to significantly increase group performance and individual skills includingleadership, communication, trust and cohesion, each event will push comfort zones justenough for individuals to think differently and learn new ways of working.

All experiences are written by Bear and his close personal team of experts and aredesigned to push you and your team to bring out the best in teamwork, cohesion andleadership.

ETHOS

Bear is an adventurer and outdoor expert who has been on amazing adventures allover the world. His aim is to get adults, children and families back outdoors andaway from the TV, mobile phones, tablets and computer consoles. Bear's ethos isbased around the importance of Courage, Determination, Unselfishness, andCheerfulness in the face of adversity whilst exploring the great outdoors, i.e wadethrough rivers, scramble up rock faces, fall out of trees, build and sleep in a shelter,eat wild food, gaze at the stars, have amazing fun and be left with the knowledge,ambition and self-belief to do all this yourself. During these adventures he aims tolearn and develop situational awareness, resourcefulness and how to stay calmunder pressure. Be the first to understand, the first to adapt and the first toovercome. Bear is fully supportive of the Scouts ethos to actively engage and supportyoung people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positivecontribution to society. GRIT FACTOR 1

Hosted just outside of Guildford (other locations are available) this half day or fullday package takes you into the true wilderness of our purpose built survival site.Each challenge is based around Bear and the challenges that he hasaccomplished over the years. After a welcome and opening brief from Bearspersonal team of highly trained experts, the event starts with a range of differentgames to warm up the team and break the ice.

Teams will experience activities including fire lighting, smoke signalling, knot tyinglessons, collecting water, a head to head improvised stretcher race and they willhave to pull a Land Rover around a set course whilst blindfolded, shelter buildingand navigation challenge. The event concludes with a gross eat challenge, whowill be brave enough to try our selection of creepy crawlies that include live mealworms and earth worms to name a few!

GRIT FACTOR 2

Stepping things up a gear, this event includes a selection of activities from Grit Factor1, with the added dimension of more adventurous challenges including lake crossing,air crash scenarios and 4 x 4 rescue. The event can be held anywhere from the HomeCounties to our extreme facility in Dartmoor.

GRIT FACTOR 3

FEATURES

Not for the faint hearted. This one might hurt a little. Including a blend of the mostdaunting experiences from Level 1 and 2, this challenge brings the extreme into the mix.Teams will be tested with challenges including high level rope courses around a disusedquarry, traverse, climbing and abseiling 150ft above the ground. Try your hand againstsome of our creepy crawlies with the gross eat challenge starting at chocolate mealworms, live mealworms, live earthworms and some eye balls to finish! Oh and guesswhat's for lunch… teams will prepare a four course wilderness lunch, learning about wildfood and how to forage safely. The event will end with a certificate presentation awardedto the best survivor.
