Buffalo Trace 45% ABVAn aroma of gum, vanilla, mint, and molasses. Sweet, fruity and notably spicy on the palate, with emerging brown sugar and oak. Water releases intensive, fruity notes. The finish is long, spicy and comparatively dry, with developing vanilla.

Bulleit 40% ABVRusset in color with a rich, oaky aroma. The dry, clean flavor is mellow and smooth, not hot in the throat. This 90 proof Kentucky bourbon delivers a wonderfully complex taste with hints of vanilla and honey and a long smoky finish.

Evan Williams 40% ABVAn easy number, this. A fresh, light weight throughout makes this one not for those looking for the intensity you might expect at 7 years but a gentle, sweet, untaxing journey with not a bump along the way.

Jack Daniels 40% ABVGolden amber colour. Muted, faintly fruity, burnt caramel nose reveals heat. A brisk entry leads to a light-bodied palate with sharp, charred oak, and toffee notes. Finishes in hot manner with a burnt, ashy character.

Gentleman Jack 40% ABVVery drinkable but with complex flavors of oak and honey and slight-ly dry, Gentleman Jack is a must for any serious whiskey drinker.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel 45% ABVA truly mellow spirit with buttery, vanilla & gingerbread notes with a subtle hint of spicy chocolate.

Jim Beam Black 43% ABVThis eight-year-old expression possesses greater depth than White La-bel, with more complex fruit and vanilla notes, plus liquorice, vanilla and sweet rye. 45.0% ABV

Jim Beam White 40% ABVThere are vanilla and delicate floral notes on the nose of this four-year-old Bourbon. Initially sweet, with restrained vanilla, then drier, oaky notes develop, fading into furniture polish and soft malt in the finish.

Knob Creek 50% ABVIt has a nutty nose of sweet, tangy fruit and rye, with malt, spice and nuts on the palate, drying in the finish with notes of vanilla.

Makers Mark 40% ABVIt is a simple but pleasant whiskey, one where you know what to expect and won’t feel too challenged. Think of it like a comfort food, a trusty old friend, if you will.

Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey 40% ABVTotally enjoyable if you’ve got the guts to just drink it. But if you sip it nice and slowly, you’ll find a warm, sweet underbelly and lots of unexpected complexity there.

Wild Turkey 50% ABVA huge whiskey. Put together with style and sophistication, but still with all the robustness of a true bourbon. A classic, of course. A Clint Eastwood of whiskeys.

Woodford Reserve 45% ABVStrong, powerful vanilla overlays a rich fruit medley, with mint, sweet Cocoa and a dash of black pepper spice, Rich, rounded and smooth, with complex hints of mint, tobacco, leather, and fruit. Tof-fee and spice notes abound. Smooth, long, spicy and warming, but with a noticeable absence of heat.

Anchor Steam Ale 4.8% ABVIt is an amber ale with a creamy head, that has a fresh, hoppy aroma with a hint of caramel. On the palate it is quite light and refreshing and has a fruity mid-palate with a clean, dry finish with a bit of bite.

Brooklyn Chocolate Stout 10% ABVBrooklyn’s Black Chocolate Stout is a 10% ABV brew with a mis-leading name. There is no chocolate in the beer…just a very skilled blending of six varieties of black, chocolate, and roasted malts.

Brooklyn Lager 5.2% ABVA wonderfully flavourful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food.

Dixie Beer 4.5% ABVSweet and crisp. A touch of bitterness, nicely balanced with the slightly wheaty sweet finish. An exceptional light lager. Feels nice, creamy and bubbly. Overall, this is sweet and delicious. It’s what all American lagers should be; bursting with bright flavor.

Goose Island Ipa 5.9% ABVThere is also a wonderful fruity aroma from the ale yeast buried under the hops giving the beer a wonderfully complex nose. It is full of hops but not overwhelming. With plenty of malt flavor to support the hoppiness, this is a well rounded IPA and deserves the recognition that it’s gained.

Samuel Adams Beer 4.8% ABVThe body is clear and dark golden in appearance. The nose is full of floral, spicy hops. This continues into the first taste. It has a malty sweetness that finishes with a nice hoppy whack. The bitterness lin-gers and leaves a refreshed feeling.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 5.6% ABVIt has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour.
