Process:Bel Air defines ”water jet blasting” as a wet surface treatment process which cleans, descales, and degreases in a single operation without chemicals or solvents. A pressurized blasting mixture of water and abrasive media can be used to create both desired cosmetic and functional surface finishes, while removing all excess build material.

Advantages:Water jet blasting combines washing & blasting to provide dust-free deep cleaning, eliminating the need for a dust collector.

Bel Air is a System Integrator, and all equipment can be modified or adapted to fit Cellular or JIT manufacturing platforms. In addition, we offer free sample processing of your 3D printed metal and plastic parts.
