ABOUT YOUR AUDIO VISUAL NEEDSThe Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel has selected PSAV® as the exclusive source of audiovisual rental equipment, concert sound systems, stage lighting and professional technical servicesfor guests using the hotel's meeting facilities.

PSAV maintains an office and facilities in the hotel complete with equipment, management staffand technicians. Because PSAV’s on-site staff functions as a department of our hotel, they aretotally familiar with the unique aspects of our facilities and can offer a consistently superior serviceto ensure the quality and effectiveness of your meeting.

For your convenience, all charges for audio visual equipment and services will be posted on yourmaster account. If a master account is not established with the hotel, payment is required at thetime of your event by check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

For your quick reference, this brochure contains only the most frequently requested audio visualequipment. Of course, sophisticated and complex requirements, though readily available andaccommodated, are beyond the scope of this condensed brochure. If your audio visual requirementsare complex, extensive, or out of the ordinary, we suggest you contact the PSAV office in the hotelto discuss your arrangements and personalized quotation.
