ORDER TERMS: All Ohio customers with a Tax ID must submit the tax id during registration in order to be tax exempt. Purchase on website with anymajor Credit Card/ Electronic Check or Paypal. If Purchase Order is used- 50% is due at time of order and balance is due net 10 days from shipment. Estimated ship time is 6-8 weeks of order placement for ALL CUSTOM WORK Timeline DOES NOT START until fol-lowing business day from close date or Receipt of Hard copy School po. Freight: FOB Ship Point. Sizes 2XL and OMG are subject to an upcharge of $5 for all garments.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES limited and based upon corporate review.
ARTWORK RELEASE: On and Cradle Gear order where the customer specifies a name or logo to be used on the product, customer assumes all responsibility for trademark and trade name infringment, and will indemnify and hold seller harmless for all damages, including attorney fees, from all claims and suits arising out of the product containing the special-order name or logo.
