ABOUT YOUR HOST

Kameel Majdali, PhD (Melb) is Director of Teach All Nations (tan.org.au), a global Bible ministry

based in Melbourne and an ordained minister of the Australian Christian Churches (AOG). With his

wife Leanne he has ministered extensively in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and the United States.

He lived in Jerusalem for five years, where he obtained a Master of Arts degree in the history and

geography of ancient Israel at the Institute of Holy Land Studies, Mount Zion (now called Jerusalem

University College). He has done both his MA and PhD theses on Jerusalem. As principal of a

leading Bible college, he was involved in training 100s of people for ministry. He convened four

TRENDS Conferences. He is the author of eight books, including Melbourne to Jerusalem: A

Pilgrim’s Progress in the 21st Century. He has 2 programs on Australian Christian radio and gives

regular public presentations on Israel and the Middle East. Skillfully combining the informational with the inspiration, Rev. Majdali is

very experienced in escorting believers to the places where the Christian faith first began.

DAY 1 WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23

DEPARTURE

Depart your international city for your flight to Cairo via Amman. If

you want to depart earlier to arrive on November 22, we can arrange

additional hotel accommodation for you. This will help you fight any

jet lag and be refreshed for the exciting days ahead.

DAY 2 THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 24

CAIRO

We arrive in Cario at 9:30am. Spend the day relaxing, lunch will be on

your own. We will enjoy dinner together and get a good nights sleep,

ready for the full, fun filled days ahead.

DAY 3 FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25

PYRAMIDS

SPHINX

We begin the day with the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and

Mykerinus; these are marvelous sights to behold! For an additional

fee you have the option to enter the pyramids and walk through their

tunnels to the burial crypt. We will also see the famous Sphinx and

Valley Temples which face the great statue.

DAY 4 SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 26

EGYPTIAN MUSEUM

Today we will explore the marvels of the Egyptian Museum filled with

amazing artifacts such as the treasure room of King Tutankhamen. The

museum is massive so we will get to spend several hours here. Next,

the Ben Ezra Synagogue. This was once a church but it was sold to

the Jews so the Christians could pay their taxes. From here we will go

to Cairo’s Khan El Khalili Bazaar. The bazaar is loud, crowded, colorful

and exciting—full of all kinds of goods! You can find the typical tourist

trinkets here, but don’t let them distract you from the genuinely fine

shopping available. For our last stop, we have planned a special

dinner cruise on the Nile River.

DAY 5 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 27

SHARM EL SHEIK

Today you are free to enjoy Sharm El Sheik, located on the Red Sea.

With two days here its time to relax on the beach and soak in the

beauty of the Red Sea. Sharm el Sheik is famous for snorkeling and

warm crystal clear waters that are filled with incredibly colorful fish -

so don’t miss this opportunity! So enjoy, relax and take your time for

lunch at a local café.

DAY 6 MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28

Today is another day to enjoy and relax but we have planned one

little surprise for you - boat ride on the Red Sea for your pleasure!

bath today or a massage, the choice is all yours!

MADABAH

The group flying in from KL will arrive in Amman early and enjoy a

lovely breakfast while waiting for the other group to arrive from Cairo.

Once all together, we will enjoy a quiet drive through the mountains

of Jordan to Mt Nebo and Madabah, the area where Moses viewed

the Promised Land. We will get to see what he saw but the difference

is we will cross the Jordan River into the Promise Land, Moses did

not. We will continue our journey south to Petra.

DAY 8 WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30

PETRA

THE TREASURY

Today will be an amazing day as we explore the UNESCO World

Heritage Site of the Rose City of Petra. We access this hidden

archaeological treasure on a walk through, or if you want to enhance

your experience, a horsehide through, the narrow but incredible Siq.

The rocks finally give way they reveal the famous facade of the

Treasury. Spend the day exploring the hectares of ruins; like the

amphitheater, temple, synagogue, tombs and more. Lunch is on your

own today.

ISRAEL || 01-12 December

DAY 9 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1

EILAT

JEEP SAFARI

We will have an early start as we make our way to the border crossing

at Eilat. After lunch, which is on your own today, we will enjoy a Jeep

Safari into the Eilat desert where you will experience the real

ruggedness of the wilderness! The rest of the day is free, the hotel

has plenty of fun activities for you to enjoy or explore on your own!

DAY 10 FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2

TIMNA NATIONAL PARK

We make an early departure north to Timna National Park where we

will spend several hours exploring Solomon's Pillars, the Arches, the

Chariots, the Mushroom and the Valley Rock Drawings. We will have

the opportunity to walk through the Tabernacle of Moses, built to

scale. This will be an eye-opening experience and bring your

understanding of the Old Testament to life. While we are here, you

can try your hand at coloured sand art craft - there really is so much to

do! After lunch we will drive north to Jericho.

DAY 11 SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3

Today is full! We start at En Gedi, the place where David hid from

King Saul. This oasis is amazing; you can explore the fresh water

springs or walk the goat trails of the Ibecs. Next, we visit Qumran

where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Next, it’s time to experience

the Dead Sea at Kalia Beach. Give yourself a mud mask or just float

’til your heart’s content - this is always a favorite! After this, we will do

a drive-by Tel Jericho, followed by a stop at Mt Temptation where we

will take a cable car up the mountain to enjoy the view of the Jordan

Valley. Finally a photo op at the Sycamore Tree.

CHURCH OF NATIVITY

This morning we visit Shiloh where the Tabernacle of Moses abode

for 369 years before it was hidden forever. Shiloh is the place where

Hannah prayed for a son, it was also here that her son Samuel was

dedicated to God. In the afternoon we visit the Shrine of the Book

where can view the oldest Biblical manuscripts that were found at

Qumran. Next door at the Israel Museum we will see a Model of

Jerusalem during the 2nd Temple period. Our last stop for the day

will be a visit to the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem.

DAY 13 MONDAY, DECEMBER 5

MT OF OLIVES

GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE

SIFTING PROJECT

Today begins with an early morning visit to the Mt of Olives, which

offers priceless views of the city of Jerusalem. From the top of the

Mount we will begin the Palm Sunday walk down the steep incline to

Dominus Flevit where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. At the end of the

walk is the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was betrayed. Next,

we have a special treat at the David City Sifting Project where you can

sift through the buckets of dirt from under the Temple Mount looking

for artifacts spread across 2000 years! Maybe you will find something

special! If time permits you can explore the Old City on your own

before we head back to Bethlehem.

DAY 14 TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6

If conditions permit, we have an early start to visit the Temple Mount.

It sits on top of Mount Moriah, 14 hectares of sacred space and is the

most priceless piece of real estate in the world! The Temple Mount is

where Abraham almost sacrificed his son, Isaac and the location of

the Temples of Solomon and Herod; the latter is where the infant

Jesus was presented before the Lord by Mary and Joseph. Next, we

will make our way to the Western Wall to pray and, if you like, place a

hand written prayer in the crevices of the stones. Next, we will get to

walk through Heziekiah’s Tunnel, always a favourite! We will finish the

day with communion at the serenely beautiful Garden Tomb. After

dinner, explore Jaffa Road, the heartland of Jewish Jerusalem.

DAY 15 WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7

CAESAREA

MT CARMEL ASSEMBLY

MEGIDDO

We will have an early start today as we drive north to Caesarea. Paul

was held prisoner here before demanding to be sent to Rome. It’s

also the home of the famous Aquaduct which was built by Herod.

Next, we will visit Mt Carmel Assembly and then Megiddo which is

one of the most important archaeological sites in Israel. Megiddo is

known as the site of the predicted scenario known as Armageddon.

DAY 16 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8

NAZARETH VILLAGE

Today we will walk through the Nazareth Village! This is a fun way to

learn what life would have been like in the time of Jesus. Not far away

is Mt Precipice which over looks the Valley of Armegeddon. Finally,

and if time permits, we will stop at the Arbel Lookout which will give

you a breath-taking view of the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 17 FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9

NIMROD’S FORTRESS

Today we will head far north to the Golan Heights, stopping at the

lower viewpoint of Mt Bental which overlooks Syria and Mt Hermon.

Next, we will visit Tel Dan where the Children of Israel built the

Golden Calf. After lunch we will explore Nimrod’s Fortress, the

bigges t C rus a de- era c a s t le in I s ra el, a mounta in- top

stronghold spanning back to the 13th century. With views of the

Golan, it is situated on a peak neighboring Israel’s highest and only

snow-capped mountain, Mount Hermon. The ruins of Nimrod

Fortress are beautiful and well-preserved, a truly visible snapshot of

history and a fun place for us to explore.

DAY 18 SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10

SEA OF GALILEE

MOUNT OF BEATITUDES

JORDAN RIVER

The morning begins with a boat ride, where we get to enjoy some

Messianic worship as we sail around the Sea of Galilee, a surreal

experience! From here, we will explore Capernaum, Jesus’

headquarters during His ministry years, this includes the Mount of

Beatitudes where He gave the most famous sermon in the world. For

lunch we will enjoy St Peters which is sure to delight your palete.

Finally, for those wanting to be water baptised in the Jordan River, an

unforgettable experience awaits you.

DAY 19 SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11

AMMAN LOOK OUT

AMMAN MUSEUM

Today is our last day of the full tour. So enjoy a sleep in and lunch on

your own before we have a late check out and make our way to the

Jordanian border. You will say goodbye to those staying for the

David & Goliath Extension and cross the border back into Jordan.

From here you will be well taken care of by our guide who will show

you around Amman on a drive-by tour. You will stop at the Amman

Lookout and if time permits a visit the new Amman Museum. You will

enjoy one last meal in Amman before heading to the airport for your

overnight flight back home.

DAVID & GOLIATH EXTENSION || 11 - 15 December - Optional

DAY 19 SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11 For those saying on for the David & Goliath extension, after saying

goodbye to our friends at the border we will drive south to

Bethlehem for the night.

DAY 20 MONDAY, DECEMBER 12

HEBRON

HERODIAN

FIELD OF BOAZ

GUSH ETZION

Today we will visit the Cave of Machpela in Hebron (if conditions

permit) where the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and

matriarchs Sarah, Rebecca, and Leah are buried. The burial cave was

purchased by Abraham when Sarah died. We will also visit Herodian

where King Herod had a grand palace. According to 1st Century

Jewish historian Josephus, Herod was buried there. It’s a great place

to explore. Next is the Field of Boaz where the romance of Ruth and

Boaz began. We have read this story many times but this is an

opportunity to experience it for yourself! Finally, we will enjoy a visit

to the famous Gush Etzion Bakery. The bakery is a place to

experience the fine art of bread making, an experience you will enjoy!

Gush Etzion is where David would watch over his father’s sheep.

DAY 21 TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13

ASHQUELON

ABRAHAM’S WELL

Our fist stop today is Ashquelon, located on the edge of the

Mediterranean Sea, the birthplace of Herod the Great. It was one of

five Philistine cities and it was here that Samson slew 30 men and

took their spoil. It has some impressive archaeological remains,

especially from the Hellenistic period. Next door to Ashquelon, and 12-

miles south, is the Gaza Border. If conditions permit you will be able

to pray for all the peoples in the land. A visit to Beersheba will be

captivating to Australians because of the Light Horsemen victory of

1917, but for others Beersheba is known as the place Abraham put

the blood of the sacrifice on the horns of the altar. It became the

winter home of the patriarchs. Finally, Abraham’s Well which he dug

but Abimelech seized.

DAY 22 WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14

VALLEY OF ELAH

THE STALACTITE CAVE

BETH SHEMISH

ROAD TO EMMAUS

Our fist stop is the the Valley of Elah, made famous by the battle

between David and Goliath and between the armies of Israel and the

Philistines. Note that Samson was from here too. Next, the incredible

Stalactite Cave with amazing lighting throughout. The cave is

extremely hot and humid but the beauty of the stalagmites and

stalactites make it worth it! We will also visit the ancient city Lachish,

the Kingdom of Judah’s second most important city. It was besieged

by the Assyrians in 701 BC in the days of Hezekiah. Again, the

Babylonians attacked in 586 BC, with details given in the Lachish

letters. Beth Shemesh is the place where the Ark of the Covenant was

returned by the Philistines to the men of Beth Shemesh after seven

months of captivity. Our final stop will be the Road to Emmaus which

was the place where Jesus revealed Himself to two disciples after His

resurrection.

DAY 23 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15 With a late check-out we will return to Amman and enjoy one last

dinner together before heading to the Queen Alia International

Airport for the flight home. You will take with you amazing stories to

tell and memories to share.

Your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions is required in order to participate in

THE BIBLE ADVENTURE TOUR 2016

Your signature on the following booking form constitutes your understanding and acceptance of these Terms.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: In order to secure your place on the ‘Bible Adventure Tour 2016’ a deposit of USD $1200 per person

is payable at the time of booking, along with a signed ‘Booking Form.’ Each participant needs to fill out their own ‘Booking Form,’

even if they are traveling as a couple/family (underage children can signed for by a parent). You will be given a receipt which is your

confirmation of booking as well as a request for the balance of monies owed, with a due date. The balance of payment needs to be

paid in full no later than October 13, 2016 to the TAN office. Failure to pay the balance by the due date means that we have the

right to deem your booking as ‘cancelled’ and a cancellation fee will apply.

SINGLE-SUPPLEMENT: The tour land arrangements are based on ‘twin share,’ namely, two people sharing one hotel room. If a

person is traveling alone and wants a room to them self, a ‘single-supplement’ extra charge must be paid. If a person is traveling

alone, wants to go ‘twin-share,’ we will make every effort to identify a suitable partner However, if no partner can be found, the

‘single-supplement’ charge still applies.

GROUP TOUR: The costs of the land arrangements are based on 25 people traveling together, unless specified otherwise. Should

less than this number be signed up, we reserve the right to adjust the price, cancel the tour or give a refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: You are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance at the time you pay your deposit. Your policy should

illness or death of a loved one. Please note that the ‘Bible Adventure Tour 2016 Teach All Nations Inc. and GEMM International

Tours & Travel are not responsible for the expenses of uninsured travelers.

LAND ARRANGEMENTS: All travel and accommodation is provided to tour participants by reputable third parties through GEMM

International Tours & Travel, therefore it is important to remember that your place on the tour is subject to the liabilities and

limitations imposed by these third parties.

COOPERATION: Participants are traveling to the Middle East as Biblical tourists/pilgrims. Therefore, it is imperative, and required,

that full cooperation be given to the tour leader at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Many photos are taken during the ‘Bible Adventure Tour 2016’ Photos taken by us are sometimes used in

promotion and or educational purposes. By signing the booking form you are agreeing that in the event that you are in any of these

photos and it is used by Teach All Nations Inc. for promotion and educational that you have granted your permission.

CHRISTIAN PILGRIMAGE: The ‘Bible Adventure Tour 2016’ is a Biblical tour open to members of the Body of Christ at large. It has

a Charismatic flavor. Because this is a journey to Biblical sites for the purpose of devotion and education, all participants are

required to honor Biblical/ Christian/ traditional standards of morality and ethics at all times. Those who are physically impaired must

have a care-giver traveling with them and assisting them at all times. Under-aged children are to be under the control of their

parents at all times.

CANCELLATION: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must advise us in writing. The letter of cancellation

needs to be signed by the person making the original booking. No cancellation will be deemed active until the signed letter is

received. Cancellation charges will be levied, depending on how much money was spent on your reservation and how close to the

departure time the cancellation was made. They can vary from 30%, 60% or even 100% of the amount paid. Remember that

cancellation charges might be compensated to you by your insurance company, depending on the reasons for the cancellation.

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be given 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tour. Nor will they be given if a part of the tour

was not utilized, including those arranged by a third party.

RESPONSIBILITY: We will do our utmost to coordinate this tour for the benefit of all and accept responsibility for those actions that

are a direct result of our negligence. However, we cannot and will not accept liability of any kind for acts, defaults, omissions, by

negligence, damage, loss, theft of luggage and personal injury, accident, or illness or otherwise, involving any aspect of the tour

outside our control or by third parties. Furthermore, the ‘Bible Adventure Tour 2016’. will not accept responsibility for the following,

including but not limited to: actions of the airlines, local tour operators, hotel operators, coach driver or company, or any other

person or company providing services for this tour. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for injury,

damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused, directly or not, whether by human error or an ‘act of God’ (force

of nature), breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay, cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedule, actions of the individual

tourist, including failure to listen to instructions and warnings, or any other event beyond our control, or cannot be stopped even by

our due diligence, including but not limited to terrorism, fire, war, riots, floods, very severe weather, acts of nature, acts of

government, or other authorities, accidents, or mechanical failures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The participant agrees that in no event will the tour operator be liable for the results of participant’s use

of these services, for participant’s inability or failure to obtain business or customers, or for indirect, special, or consequential

damages. Participants further agrees that in no event will the total aggregate liability of the tour operator for any claims, losses or

damages arising under this agreement whether in contract or tort, exceed the total amount paid by the participant to the tour

operator during the preceding twelve (12) month period, even if the tour participant to tour operator has been advised of the

possibility of such claim, loss, or damage except for losses arising from the tour operator’s gross negligence, fraud, or willful

misconduct. The foregoing limitation of liability and exclusion of certain damages shall apply regardless of the success or

effectiveness of other remedies.

MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws (excluding the law of conflict of

laws) of the State of Victoria, Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in Melbourne, Victoria. THIS AGREEMENT

CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES CONCERNING THE

SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. No representation or promise relating to and no amendment of this Agreement shall be

binding unless it is in writing and signed by both parties. In the event that any of the provisions contained in this Agreement are held

to be unenforceable, this Agreement shall be construed without such provisions. This Agreement shall remain in effect until further

agreement of the parties.

COMPLAINTS: While we do our very best to serve the pilgrims under a charge, we live in an imperfect world and problems may

arise. Should there be an issue, here is the protocol: 1. If there is an issue involving the tour, see the responsible person directly (tour

guide, team leader, tour organizer, etc.). If it involves the hotel and problems with the room, please see the front desk. Only if you

cannot get satisfaction with the hotel that you should see a responsible tour person (tour guide is the first person to ask). We will do

our very best to resolve issues on the spot. 2. In the unlikely event that you need to write about an issue, you have 28 days after the

completion of the tour to document the problem. You can expect an initial response within 14-28 days after the letter is received.

Any letters received after 28 days will be deemed ‘late.’ No action will be taken or response sent.
