The class test marks are to be sent to the University by On-line process during the scheduled period only.

The lab./sessional marks are to be sent to the University by On-line process latest by closing date of instruction..

Percentage of attendance shall be calculated based on total no. of classes available during the period of starting and closing date

of Instruction.

1.

The classes must be conducted six days in a week as per academic calendar.2.

The Colleges declaring sine die / closure shall intimate the reason to the University immediately. The Colleges shall conduct

required number of classes /hours for any subject as per syllabi before closing of the instruction. If any institute fails to complete

the classes due to unforeseen circumstances they must take necessary steps to compensate for those classes with an intimation

to the University.

Any deviation from above will be treated seriously and action deemed fit would be initiated.4.
