Bleep’s Web Back Office (W-BO) is a unique, web based product. This means you can gain access to real time data, from literally anywhere in the world, at any time, always keeping you in control of your business. It is a multi-user, multi-store, multi-language, multi-level security policy application that is a total back office solution. As a module driven service, rather than an application, W-BO maintains the competitive edge in that the service is charged for on a monthly basis and modules may be activated or deactivated as and when required, allowing the flexibility to control what you want, when you want. The basic package is the W-BO Core, containing all of the functionalities needed to control your business on a daily basis, such as, live sales data, end of day reporting and sales and staff performances. W-BO puts the emphasis upon control.

We are even a certified merchant services provider for your card payment processing. No Single Point of Failure Bleep EPOS solutions are non-server based which do not require a local server. In real terms, this means there is no single point of failure, no ‘master and slaves’ and no downtime if you lose internet connectivity. The EPOS tills operate on a self-healing network where every transaction is written to each terminal and data is sent to the cloud based back office in real time, ensuring security and accessibility. RTOS not Windows Bleep systems use a Real Time Operating System rather than Windows. This means no license fees or anti-virus is required resulting in lower costs and a more efficient system. A CFast card in each EPOS terminal holds the operating system, applications, software and data. Design, Manufacture, Supply and Support Bleep are a hardware designer and manufacture and software developer – we are not a dealer or a re-seller for other firms like many of our competitors. This is also why our tills look so different to everything else that is available and excel in terms of robustness and reliability.
