Payment for participations 100% in advance to be made in favor
of THE LEONINE.
Logos of participating companies in the print ads will appear
only after realization of the payment.
Sponsorship package details mentioned in the proposal as
applicable.
Any additional requirement will be charged extra
The participating company will be responsible for any
disfiguration of the allotted space and will have topay for any
damages to furniture, property and any other item provided at its
allotted space, by thevenue owners and THE LEONINE.
The crowd management will be done by THE LEONINE.
Pasting of banners, posters at the venue walls is strictly not
allowed. Participants will need to arrangefor their own branding
within their stall.
Distribution of any material at the venue will be in
consultation with THE LEONINE
All services are subject to a Fair Use Policy
Kindly do not leave back any valuables. We are not liable for
any theft/damage or loss of property
General security will be provided, however companies are
responsible for their valuable
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any
point of time owing to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,
security threats or natural calamities and advance payment will not
