Like mackerel fish which has a blue back contain lots of DHA. DHA helps to develop our brain. Perilla seeds, walnut and pine nut contain lots of vitamin E helps to block brain damage. 3. I want to show not only Omega-3, other brain foods also can help people to develop their brain well. This article shows one of the way that we can do easily.
