Bloom's Taxonomy The verbs are used to write program outcomes and student learning outcomes. The model questions and instructional strategies represent some examples to use for creating discussions and student learning experiences in the classroom. Learner-centered instruction and active engagement of students should be the primary focus of learning experiences for students.
