EUPEA and the Haagse Academie voor Lichamelijk Opvoeding (HALO) as a part of the Hague University of Applied Sciences have the pleasure to invite you to the second EUPEA Board Meeting 2017 to be held in The Hague from Thursday, May 18th , to Sunday, May 21st 2017.
On Thursday afternoon, the Board meeting will start with a meeting of the Executive Committee and with group meetings working on specific topics. We will inform you in due time about these working groups.
Below you will find all preliminary information concerning the program and the hotel, which will enable you to register and your flights well in advance.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Board Meeting in The Hague.

The hotel is very well situated in the historic city centre of the Hague and close to central station and public transport.

• HALO needs to give those names to the hotel to assure the reservation. • By doing this it is not necessary to make an individual reservation -
everybody can pay for their own stay on the spot.
